I called to ask if we could reschedule in September, but you had no reservations for us. Colin had stated that you had no reservations from August 24th till the end of the year. First evening we could not get the city water to run in the camper. I called back next day and got a more knowledgeable person who suggested checking out the aerator on the sink. We ran the lines to try and clear as much of the scale as we could. First chance I could, I attempted to clean the exterior of the camper and realized that much of what was there was caked and baked on without a pressure washer I would not get it clean. I called Cruise America to let them know of the poor quality I received the camper in and got nothing but arguments from their representative. I asked for a supervisor and was told one would call me back.
