Prior to joining Gotham, Matthew worked for Norges Bank Real Estate Management , where he focused on acquisitions in the competitive New York City market.

Peter manages the design and construction of new development projects at Gotham and serves as an MEP technical design leader. He is involved in projects from conception to construction close-out and collaborates with the design team, contractors and various stakeholders throughout the development process to achieve project goals. His responsibilities include overseeing the design of building systems, value engineering, contractor bidding, contract negotiations, implementing project schedules and construction oversight. Prior to joining Gotham, Eva served as Vice President of Residential Asset Management for Taconic Investment Partners, where she oversaw a portfolio of over 2,000 rent stabilized, affordable and market-rate units in the Bronx and Manhattan. At Taconic, she also oversaw value-add capital improvement and renovation projects, successfully executing an $11M+ repositioning program across 500+ rent-stabilized units.
During his tenure with Atlantic, he oversaw the planning or financing of more than 1,000 new affordable homes for New Yorkers. Mr. Picket’s experience encompasses a breadth of government programs commencing with the Mitchell-Lama program, HUD-financed projects including 221 D-3, Section 8 and J-51, and working with not-for-profits on over fifteen 202 developments. He also completed some of the initial 80/20 projects, dating back to the mid-1980s. Leveraging his architectural design, technical knowledge, and construction predevelopment experience, Wade successfully led a multitude of projects, including Waterline Square on Manhattan’s West Side. This luxury condominium and rental development property consist of 3 mixed-use waterfront towers with a combined gross square footage upwards of 1.1 million square feet. Previously, Wade was at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill where he was responsible for Technical Architecture on projects around the world, from New York to the Middle East and Asia, leading programs from a supertall mixed-use tower to multi-building developments. Wade’s dedication and enthusiasm for real estate and architecture has allowed him to successfully lead numerous projects that have left an impact not only on NYC but all over the world.
